We have designed our spaces with the software sector in mind; creating the places and the opportunities for teams to meet and collaborate in central Sunderland. We have three bookable city centre meeting rooms and a distinctive boardroom.

Two of the meeting rooms seat teams of up to eight people and the third meeting room seats up to 16 people; ideal for SCRUMs, training sessions and ideation workshops. All our meeting rooms are fully equipped with high spec AV equipment.

Small sized meeting rooms

We have two meeting rooms which seats up to 8. Both are well furnished, neutrally decorated and have full AV facilities installed. We can provide anything else your meeting needs, such as flip charts and refreshments.

A medium sized training/meeting room

A popular room for training, meeting room 2 seat up 16 and boasts the full range of AV facilities including a ceiling mounted projector and large screen plus other facilities any training provider may need, access to wi-fi included.

Prestigious boardroom space

We also have a prestigious boardroom seating up to 20, high quality furniture and finishes, with informal breakout area and access to an outside balcony. If you want to rent a space for an important meeting where image matters then this room is for you.
